Jasraj Paik
I crossed paths with Jasraj at Srishti, and his dedication to his craft stuck with me. He has a wide range of skills and he's good at what he does. His work at UniBlox and Enphase Energy shows how well he turns complex problems into clean, usable designs that lift both the product and the people using it. At BMRCI he was good at turning research into real interventions, making everyday travel simpler for commuters.
He works with thoroughness and honesty, treating every project as a chance to push past the conventional and to design things that empower people. If I have one piece of advice for him, it's to pick a few areas and go deep enough to become an expert in them, and to look past the opportunities immediately in front of him. He's capable of things most people only imagine, and he has it in him to use design to make a real difference.
