Heavy-transport decarbonisation
Digital-twin modelling; with Elizabeth Chang and Yeliz Karaca
Mathematical models that hand Australian heavy-transport operators a costed pathway off diesel and onto electric and hydrogen fleets. The 2026 Fractals paper is the first of the series, with more underway.

Visual-mathematical literacy
Paper in IOP Machine Learning, 2026
A framework for how representation, the way a physical thing gets turned into model input, quietly decides what a machine learning model can ever learn. Grounded in a review of 28 applied studies and an audit of my own auxetics pipeline.

Quantum ML tutorial series
In progress
Reproducible notebooks making the case that, for someone who already knows kernels and gradients and loss landscapes, quantum machine learning is less a new field than a new regime of the same one.

Iterflow
Open-source library; @mathscapes/iterflow
A zero-dependency JavaScript library that turns streaming statistics, running variance, correlation, anomaly detection, into composable iterator pipeline stages. Published on npm, with a software paper alongside.

Enhancing Climate Forecasting with Advanced Generative Models for Synthetic AQI Data
Thesis · Master of Information Technology, Griffith University; supervised by Elizabeth Chang
Using generative models to produce synthetic air-quality data good enough to sharpen climate forecasting where real readings are sparse.

Auxetics ML (DeformDetect)
Open Python tool; Int. J. Protective Structures
Teaching a computer to read how re-entrant honeycomb structures fold under load, clustering finite-element images to name the deformation modes. It ships as an open Python tool and became the 2024 journal paper.

Together with Touch
Walkin Studios, Bangalore
A collaborative piece made with Heubeush, Unger and Nagaraj, shown at Walkin Studios. It was supported by the International Relief Fund, a programme of the Goethe-Institut and the German Federal Foreign Office.

ReRide
Bike area network; with Naveen Bagalkot and Tomas Sokoler
A bike area network for motorbike commuters: a posture-sensing rig on the bike, a cloud pipeline behind it, and a dashboard that shows a rider how they sit in real time. Shown at INTERACT 2017 and TEI 2019.
Notes: Interact 2017 · Demo · Platform paper · Next iteration · Bike Area Network paper · Bike Area Network abstract

Living Energy
Thesis · Innovation & Experience Design, Srishti; supervised by Naveen Bagalkot and Abhiyan Humane
A design thesis on harvesting electricity from piezoelectric Rochelle salt for an off-grid village. Equal parts material experiment and a question about who technology actually gets built for.

Neutral Spine
Posture-rehab design; Srishti
A design project on helping people with back problems hold a better posture outside the clinic, using wearable sensing and ambient feedback rather than charts full of numbers. The aim was to make the exercises feel less clinical and less awkward to do around other people.

2014
ReFurn
Refurbishment and reuse; Srishti
An exploration into refurbishment and reuse as a way of consuming differently, giving worn-out products another life instead of replacing them. Early design research into what alternative consumption might look like.

SnapTag: Leveraging Situated Memory to enhance self-efficacy for well-being
A mobile app using situated memory to support senior citizens' wellbeing.

Citizen Space Agency
Speculative space tech; with Joanna Griffin
An interim-semester project with the artist Joanna Griffin, asking what space technology is actually for in ordinary lives. Our team landed on ATM+, a concept using low-cost VSAT satellite links to bring round-the-clock basic telemedicine to rural India.

Future of Work
Design research; Srishti
A team project reimagining work for India's informal economy, the street vendors and day labourers who make up most of the workforce, using emerging sensor technology. As much about understanding jugaad and frugal innovation as proposing any tool.

Harr-cascade based detection
Thesis · B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, JNTU Anantapur
An embedded system that picks out people approaching a camera, built on component-based classifiers chosen to survive tilted heads and partly hidden faces. My first real computer-vision project.

Multimarker tracking for AR
Tracking multiple AR markers in real time, my undergraduate thesis project.
