Should you copyleft?
Participants learned the background and principles behind movements like self-archiving, anonymous FTP archives, copyleft, foss/floss, the FSF, free culture, read-write/remix culture, and open access. We discussed the disagreements and tensions between the various value-based and apolitical philosophies. Participants read and talked about these ideas, picked one or more to stand behind, and wrote a paper in response.
